NOTICE OF HEARING
This is to inform you that the Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Regular Meeting at the Township Administration Office located at 3111 Hilton St. N.W., Massillon, Ohio on Monday evening, April 1st 2013 at 7:30 PM. The following Appeal Case(s) will be heard:
CASE 02-13A – RICHARD R. CONLEY – 5340 CHARM ST. S.W., CANTON,
OHIO 44706 PARCELS #43-13883
Richard R. Conley – 5340 Charm St SW, Canton, Ohio 44706 has made application for a Conditional Use Permit to sell firearms through online auctions, mail order, gun shows, friends and family. This is considered a home occupation that is conditionally permitted and must be approved or denied by the Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals in an R-2 Single and two-family Residential District. CASE 03-13A – REMO CAPESTRAIN – 4556 – 9th ST. N.W., CANTON, OHIO 44708, PARCEL #43-02442
Remo Capestrain – 4556 – 9th St. N.W., Canton, Ohio 44708 is requesting a variance to build a 14’ X 18’X 10’ sunroom addition. The proposed addition will be fifteen (15) feet from the rear property line. This will not meet the required twenty five (25) feet in an R-2 Single and two-family Residential District. CASE 04-13A – GARY L. SUTTON JR. – 5153 BURLAWN ST. N.W., CANTON, OHIO 44708, PARCEL #43-11613
Gary L. Sutton Jr. – 5153 Burlawn St. S.W., Canton, Ohio 44780 is requesting a variance to build a 20’ X 25’ attached garage. This will be twenty four (24) feet from the front property line. This will not meet the required forty (40) feet in an R-2 Single and two-family Residential District. [Section 702.3 – Perry Township Zoning Resolution]
CASE 05-13A – JOHN VLACOVSKY – VACANT LOT #209 PT, IN THE 700 BLOCK OF FAIRLANE AVE. S.W., CANTON, OHIO 44710, PARCEL #43-19495
John Vlacovsky – 4626 – 7th St. S.W., Canton, Ohio 44710 is requesting a variance to build a single family home on this vacant lot. Owner of vacant lot is June E. Holmes. This lot is nine thousand nine hundred twenty (9,920) sq. ft. this will not meet the minimum lot area of twelve thousand (12,000) sq. ft. in an R-1 Single Family Low Density Residential District [Section 701.3 – Perry Township Zoning Resolution].
Applications are on file and available for your inspection at the Township Offices, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Failure of the applicant or his duly appointed representative to appear at the Public Hearing may be justification for the rejection of the Appeal.
Any and all other interested parties are urged to attend the Hearing to be advertised in the Massillon Independent on or before March 22nd, 2013.
